I have kia forte with , miles, mostly highway miles. Bought the car when it had 70, miles on it.
In four years I added the current mileage and only changed the oil probably four times. I was hard on it and never really did any maintenance on it. Still, never had a problem with it and it still runs like a champ. I had purchased a new Kia Sorento and did all the recommended scheduled maintenance only to still have the engine blow up at , miles. I was informed by the Kia dealer that the piston arm broke and I would need a new engine.
I now understand now why it's next to impossible to find a Sorento's for sale that is ten years old for sale. In addition they don't hold there value so for me I will not buy another Kia product again. Hopefully my new Toyota will last longer and maintain a better resale value than Kia.
